Now lets face it. Anyone can get out there and start flipping a home or two. With the Economic crisis, divorce rate at a all time high, people inheriting properties they don’t want. There are tons of people that need to sell there home fast, and for cash. However if you want to create wealth, and truly become rich from wholesaling, you must put this thing on Steroids. Now I’m not literally talking about taking any pills…
Traditional Wholesaling is dead. With the internet and all of the social media avenues. It is very easy to crank your wholesaling business up to the max. I’m talking about real estate investing on steroids. What I mean is you can start virtual investing, flipping homes across the country, and never even seeing the properties. As long as you have a good system in place you will start to see big revenues from flipping houses.
More and More investors are taking in the concept of virtual investing and outsourcing there biggest tasks to create more time and profits. I have a student who is not even in the United States, and he’s flipping homes in S. Florida. Eventually after scaling your business you can hire someone to replace yourself totally out of the picture. Sit back and collect checks, sell your business. The sky is the limit. Think BIG.
